Ben VEGAS, is hardly a stranger to Hawaii's contemporary music scene. From the age of 15, Ben has played on a national level as a side-man and session musician with critically acclaimed artists such as: Kenny Loggins, Lou Rawls, Kenny Rogers, Tina Turner, Ray Charles, The Pointer Sisters and more. His experiences with these artists included concert tours throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Japan and the South Pacific.

A formal player in one of Hawaii's most notable show band, The Fabulous Krush, Ben was a founding member of the group "505." On their debut album "Stay Awake", Ben wrote and performed the hit song "Puanani."

Today, Ben is promoting his recently released solo album entitled "FULL CIRCLE" which has generated hit tunes "Maile Lei" (written by Eddie Suzuki and which includes versus from "Pupu Hinu Hinu" written by Helen Beamer), "Deep in the Heart of Aloha", "Forever More" and "Whenever I." Ben's musical background in R&B, Rock, Jazz, Contemporary Hawaiian and Christian music are clearly evident in his solo project. Outstanding instrumentation and arrangements, including those from Robert Shinoda (Nueva Vida) and David Choy (Hawaii's hottest woodwind artist), along with exquisite harmonies, take this endeavor beyond the confines of predictability while still maintaining the spirit and simplicity of a genuine island boy.
